Bhina's profile

Bhina Patria is one of MaHE student from the second cohort. After finishing his bachelor degree in psychology at Gadjah Mada University (GMU), he engaged in several research projects. PS-PMPT UGM (Research Center on Management Development in Higher Education); P3-UGM (Center of Education Development) and Faculty of Psychology GMU are some organizations he had worked before.

In PS-PMPT UGM, he was supporting the national level graduates’ survey of GMU’s alumni: ”Tracer study and labour market signal for GMU’s alumni”. He was responsible for data management, data analysis and online questionnaire administration. In P3-UGM he supported the team-project of the implementation of Student-centered learning (SCL) in GMU.

Since November 2005 he works in INCHER-Kassel as student assistant. He involved in several national and international projects such as CHEERS, Valera, Reflex, NABS, and UNIKAB. He also a dedicated tester of QTAFI and online.QTAFI2, survey management software developed in INCHER.

His research interest is mainly in quantitative research with various themes such as: teaching and learning process; higher education and work; study abroad; knowledge management etc. He felt in love with Student-centred learning and Problem-based learning. He thinks that all education institution should implement this method. Right now Bhina is learning SEM, Amos and MLA. And as one of the proud-founder and maintainer of e-MaHE, he is continuously improving e-MaHE system.
