| Why MAHE? | - My interest in adult education and the lack of coherence between higher education and real life in my country. - My experience in Human Resources was really interesting because I realized that people coming from the universities including myself were not ready to do the job they were expected to do and they didn`t even know what they were going to find in the market. After this programme I want to return to my country and work in the university sector and also continue working in non-formal education for adults. |
